Not that far-fetched for Neo-Nazis or the Kook Klutz Klan IMO.

As much as they yammer about false flag ops, it would not be a surprise if a gang of them decided to try it. In true gun-shop commando/movie ninja fashion, they would also be likely to overestimate their ability to get away free and clear.
