Yep. That is Ronald Reagan in the back seat of ‘38 convertible sedan #2 along with his wife of 10 mos Jane Wyman. Convertible #1 has Pat O’Brien who played Knute Rockne in the film that was making its debut in South Bend that weekend in early October 1940.
