I got my new pastry supplies yesterday—a marble rolling pin and pastry stone, and a dough scraper. I just have to decide what kind of pie to make first. I’m thinking blueberry.

What is a pasty stone?

I’ve made pastry (pie crusts, mostly) but I’m pretty lazy. I’m jealous about the marble rolling pin and the scraper!
