What brand, is it the door for the soap or the whole dishwasher? (I’m guessing whole dishwasher but just want to be sure.)

Just worth checking to see if there’s a simple fix online, sometimes.

It’s the door latch, not the soap well. The whole thing is locked shut. I had a soap-gummed-up fail with a GE dishwasher but this is a KitchenAid. It’s 10 years old.
