Obama’s going to take over the world. George W. Bush was supposed to take over the world. Bill Clinton and George HW Bush were going to take over the world. Reagan was supposed to take over the world and destroy it (allegedly) during his tenure. I think it was only Carter were that wasn’t supposed to take over anything.

Somehow they all missed the “now that you’re president you’re supposed to take over the world” memo.

The memo is on the back of the OTHER memo, the one that says “Now that you’re president you’re smart enough to fix the Middle East.”

Once they read that, they get excited and run off, and they never read the other memo.
