That’s the ‘converge’ part. Closing the sales issue is only a part. The weapons carried to Sandy Hook school were purchased and placed in reach of the shooter legally.

We need to get rid of open carry.

A person walking down the street with multiple high-powered weapons… should attract attention and concern. It should be prima facie probable cause for a chat with the cops.
