I don’t think so. The group of people who get paychecks is larger than those who don’t but, the group of workers who get bonuses is smaller than the former. However, it’s large enough not to appear to be punitive.

Also, what about salespeople who make honking-huge commissions? Are they gonna’ be taxed even more? Well, guess what, FCBBHO? People who earn huge commissions are the ones who pump up a company’s bottom line and if you take away their incentives, those companies are gonna’ suffer.

I’m no economic expert—far from it, in fact—but, I am smart enough to see this.
