See the update above: the ACLU screwed up and left out several pages of the Ferguson incident report.

Sucks that the left out the pages that the FPD previously released. Because that’s what the missing pages are.

The pages they left out are identical to the pages included in the original document dump by the FPD here.

The missing pages are pages 17, 18 and 19 of original document dump.
