It’s sad isn’t it?
I have a friend with a vet business who said he would not be hiring the three people he had hoped to hire this year. His financial advisor said it makes no sense to expand his business now. He can’t come out ahead. So there’s three less jobs created. This will be repeated over and over in every state.
