Good mom and pop carry-out burrito joints, more specifically. To afford Bucktown with a family, we bought a place just north of North&Milwaukee, close to a fairly dense Mexican/other Latino (i assume mostly Mexican but i never cared enough to ask) stretch of blocks. Great part of town. Great character, very safe for the price. The mexican community on the north side of Bucktown is fantastic group of people.

Had 3 or 4 joints within a few blocks where the clientele was 95% Mexican…i judged the food by the clientele and was never disappointed!
