I noticed in the vid the young lady was citing (of all things) the Articles of Confederation. That’s some seriously crazy reasoning on her part.

I can’t help but wonder if this was all some nonsense she read on the internet - I know that Sovereign Citizen seminars used to be quite the big thing, but I think nowadays, people pick it up off the web.
