But this also means he cannot attend rallies for the next couple weeks. He would get out of the October 15th debate but he’s still on the hook for the October 22nd debate since that’s outside the 2 week period.

Someone here noted yesterday (a couple threads back) that Trump apparently canceled two rallies in Wisconsin, which I, in turn, noted seemed rather odd, given that Trump needs to win Wisconsin quite badly if he wants to get re-elected and Trump genuinely loves those public appearances.

Coincidence?
