Seems like after 25 years on the force, you would know that the service gun is on the strong hand, and the Taser is on the weak hand.

Getting confused after being a police officer for 25 years about where your lethal and non-lethal weapons are on your belt seems like a really stupid defense.

If I was an attorney, I would play the body camera footage and fuck the cops.

Do you really think she warned of tasing twice and then yelled taser taser taser! as a cover because she really intended to murder someone and knew she would need it for plausible deniability?

It may be stupid but it is pretty clearly what happened. It doesn’t remove her culpability, but it certainly isn’t intentional murder.
