The trick to all of this is that I don’t think Charles actually cares what anybody thinks about him… Which makes all the hysteria even funnier.

I waded through the comments over at one of those blogs listed earlier and it’s just a sewer pit of “Us vs. Them” and “Charles is a fag” and other insightful commentary from people who sound like they’re about two more cheap, shitty beers away from a full-blown fascist “blood and soil” rant.

Fundamentally - brass tacks - the long and short of it - HE’S JUST A GUY ON THE INTERNET, PEOPLE.

/me points and laughs at people who think “fag” is a serious insult.

Even Robert Spencer can be found in those links. The idiot put up the “Charles is Hitler” YouTube video when, ironically, it is he, Robert, who allies with the very fascists who are the ideological descendants of the Nazis.

Spencer (and Pam for that matter) have shown themselves to be complete asshats. They are totally blind to the fact they are allying with fascists, and project themselves onto others.

Remember, these people are the adult equivalent of high school bullies.
