What is calling Petraeus “General Dhimmi” a reference to? I don’t get it.

Some wingnuts are saying that General Petraeus has become “dhimmified”, just because he said that those wacko “Burn the Koran Day” loons may cause his troops problems fighting the Taliban and working with the Afghan locals.

Ironic, because the same people who are saying this now about General Petraeus were apoplectic when Code Pink was going after him with the “General Betrayus” shit. To me, they’re two sides of the batshit wacko coin.
