At the very least, I hope he can show people that socialist isn’t the boogeyman they make them out to be. He’s got a tough road ahead of him but I really hope he can put an end to A) mixing up liberalism/progressivism with socialism and B) be a good voice for the issues he considers important.

Yeah, I agree with a lot of what he has to say.
