Precisely. Dry up the primary thing that is drawing them here. And interestingly enough. I would be willing to bet that that would also preclude the need to deport, which many find distasteful. They would self-deport.

This is analogous to the fact that if you have an overflowing bathtub, the very first thing you do - before grabbing towels and mops and buckets - is to turn off the frigging water. If you don’t you are fighting a losing battle……..
