We can start with the fact THAT I HAVEN’T HAD A FRICKIN’ RAISE SINCE THEY BOUGHT US 8 YEARS AGO!

Keep getting exceptional and outstanding reviews which never translate to a bonus or a raise and got passed over for a promotion because I wasn’t located in the right office even though my team is spread out across the country, meaning I answer to a guy with 1/10th my experience on the job. Half my day is spent explaining to him what he just messed up and how to fix it.

On the bright side, I didn’t get laid off when they axed a sizeable chunk of our staff
