SCOTUS nominee was nailed by Judge Nep a couple of weeks ago.

He thinks she’s a radical. Talked about her stance that
“Court is where policy is made”

This might be a rough ride. Not sure with the Dem’s power right now.

The Dems can make the argument that she was originally nominated for the Federal bench by Bush 41, which she was.
