Are the Syrians glamorous? The few I have known have been quite flashy and beautiful. Well groomed and dapper.

I only know this one couple so I can’t generalise. I know they are very expressive of hospitality and kindness. I hope there are a lot more like them. I’ve known numerous Moroccans, Tunisians and Algerians who were artistic, cultured and very good company. So I’m a bit favourably biased and have been quite comfortable in their company. I’ve also been assaulted more than once by angry Arabs, so I’m not naive either.
