I was hoping it would be a little more weighty. Still I can appreciate the way they laid down the basics and how it would appeal to a younger audience possibly for generation or two.

From that perspective job well done.

Let’s face it — even what they have shown so far is absolutely going to get the derp flowing. The whole story of Giordano Bruno, the universe being billions of years old, the Big Bang theory, pointing out we evolved, etc. The basics of real science are enough to get people talking.
