Thinking of what to make for dinner.
Got some beef stew meat in the freezer. Maybe slowly sauteed with sweet onion, garlic, mushrooms and red wine. Then make a gravy with the reduced liquid and mix everything together with Kluski noodles. Roast up some root veggies.
