After his “jail” remarks I’m somewhat close to agreeing. Not because of Eco (who was not a specialist on fascism), but because palingenesis - the part of the definition of fascism as palingenetic ultranationalism - presupposes a wholesale restructuring of society/state, and insofar Trump thinks that Hillary will go to jail merely on his order after he is in power, his worldview seems to assume such a restructuring.
