Unfair trade subsidy. I believe this is a real risk for them outside the existing EU trade framework. And yes, Trump stepped in it big time: the whole bullshit Brexit story is that all the angry old white people in the sticks would get more government healthcare, not get it tossed away in a desperate trade deal.
