Ha. I don’t Democrats will give them a “clean” renewal. The GOP is already in trouble with women, I say the Democrats should run on it. Let the GOP explain themselves for voting against it. No need to throw them a rope or give them cover.

Then Republicans in the House should pass a straight renewal and send it to the Senate. Put the ball in Harry Reid’s court.
