The most angering thing is hearing people say that the protesters “need to get over it.” Yeah someone gets killed and the killer isn’t even so much as brought to trial and you want people to get over it. But yet we were to believe the poor Clive Bundy was a victim of the big bad federal government. Man fuck conservatives and their selective outrage.

Same as it ever was: disenfranchised people organize, protest, struggle and get ignored. Then shit really goes bad, there’s violence or property damage, and it retroactively justifies the disenfranchised being disenfranchised.

The same shit the British pulled with the people they colonized.
