Not to derail, but there are problems in some areas because immigrants tend to cluster and one gets “border” and then frictions. I don’t know the details in Oslo, but southern Sweden has frictions for that reason in at least one city. Denmark too and we have all read about the periodic car burns in Paris fairly regularly.

Cultural assimilation is a problem for many, on all sides, and it is not something one can ignore away because of extremism like this case.
