I don’t doubt lawhawk’s personal experiences, but ‘George has proven himself to be a scumbag in dealings with me’ will not hold up in court as ‘evidence of George embezzling funds’. It’s still just “I wouldn’t be surprised if they did”.

Frankly, neither would I, but proof is important.

We can believe things because we believe the person that tells us despite that not being enough to stand up in court…I believe lawhawk because of what i have seen from him lo these many years…
