I love it. It’s a scientist saying that it’s healthier to have a more open dialogue, despite inevitable attempts by others to cherry-pick the dialogue, then to attempt secrecy and the greater risks to credibility which lie along that path.

I’m generalizing, of course, but the more that climatologists admit what they don’t know, the less it can be made to seem that they are hiding something or making sensational claims.
