Well, if sexual abuse is a justifiable reason for murdering a random, innocent person, I don’t want to be within 500’ of anyone who claims to have been sexually abused, lest they murder me!

Heh, well it’s not a justifiable reason, of course, but it could save her from the death penalty. I think she’s guilty as sin, but I’m not a juror.

The sweatlodge death trial of James Ray is one that I found interesting. Guilty of negligent homicide, not manslaughter which is disappointing to me. This man is a fraud who endangered people’s lives to the point of death and the max he can get is 11 years.
