The funny thing is that it doesn’t in any way explain what it means to be a Russian patriot. There’s nothing in his views that are uniquely Russian. It’s just your average batshit bigoted bell-end on the internet, and for that, you don’t need to be Russian, never mind patriotic. You just need to be idiotic, which is a value independent of any nation.
