I don’t trust actual personal experiences very much. I know how fallible I am personally, and I know statistics.

The concerted efforts to attack ACORN have made me very leery of accepting any attacks on ACORN at face value.

In casual conversation with people, I tend to trust people enough that if they tell me they have had a personal experience leading them to a particular conclusion, I believe them.

You and SFZ would prefer to have court trial level proof before you’d believe them.
