I still want to know why he says that this is 90 percent private sector jobs that will be created?

Folks, I’ve worked for the government, federal and once state. If any money comes to an employer, that employer is in the least, a federal contractor.

That employer is bound by almost all the rules and regulations and procedures that a direct federal agency is under.

It’s not like a private sector employer who can make and decide how he is going to run his business.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. Getting any federal money for a service is like being a federal employee without all the good benefits.
