my view of liberals is they know they can’t defend Obama’s record on the economy and spending and other stuff, so they want to gin up the birther stuff to both get some sympathy for Obama and to make Republicans out as crazy conspiracy theorists.

i mean, Obama has won re-election but liberals are still talking about the birthers 24-7. obviously the birthers aren’t a threat to Obama remaining president at this point, unless you think they may be on to something.
