They don’t matter to those without kids who aren’t abstract thinkers, they don’t matter to those who have kids who aren’t in public school, and they don’t matter to those who have kids and aren’t that into it.
So if they aren’t reaching all the above and only pursuading the “10%” turnout, what are all those millions going for? Of those 10% many (if not most) probably already know the person running and would vote for him/her regardless
