I never used to be very bothered by being rained on, then I got an umbrella. After getting the umbrella, I’ve had several opportunities to invite women to shelter themselves from rain under my umbrella. “No thanks,” they say. “I’d rather die in a chemical fire.” I guess I’m not as suave as I was led to believe.

Sharing an umbrella is awkward at best with the whole personal space thing and being made for really just one person. But leave it to Obama to make it look effortless and charming. I miss him sooooooooo much.
