Here’s something interesting…

Rachel had Mr. Kahn on last night to talk about FFVCS blaming Gold Star families for giving him Covid because they can’t stop hugging him and crying. The conversation went to HIPAA and how there are exceptions to total privacy when public health is at stake. On her Facebook page someone found the link to the actual rules on the HHS website and he’s right.

Disclosures for Public Health Activities is the name of the document. I am on my stupid phone and can copy the link but not paste it. So his doctors can’t use HIPAA as an excuse because this is a matter of public health and safety. When this is over, Dr. Grey’s Anatomy needs to lose his medical license. Unless I’m reading this wrong, FFVCS can’t order jack shit about this. His doctor is negligent as well here.
