He did nothing illegal as far as I can tell.
He’s gambling with his own money. More power to him.
The company is sitting on a pile of cash. The valuation is nowhere near as ridiculous as Trump Social or a bunch of other companies.

He has an absurdly irrational following that he absolutely knows he can manipulate and he’s willing to use that power to help himself at their expense.

And the sheer scale of the problem hides the horrific individual effects, the people who lost everything, their families destroyed, the attendant suicides.

He’s a predator whose victims don’t realize they’re his prey.
