Let’s see, Mrs. Clinton is behind Biden, Pelosi and Byrd. Biden will most likely choke on his shoe, Pelosi will have medical complications due to Botox and Byrd, well, he’s got 1.5 feet in the grave so it look like she’s got a pretty good shot.

I would say the Clintons are outdoing themselves on this one.

If Biden resigns or is otherwise incapable of serving his term, a new VP would be nominated with Congressional approval. I already suspect Biden will resign due to “health” and I also suspect this was why Hillary accepted the role of Sect of State- she’ll be VP yet.
