Yeah those two are showing the exactly same level of party discipline…

Final Senate Vote for Healthcare:

Democrats 54 = Yes, 2 = No
Republicans, 3 = Yes, 40 = No

Regardless of the time, it was a tremendous effort of party unity on both sides.
