I’m pretty sure this statement will be crafted to avoid violating the language of the NDA. (Although I’m not quite sure what they’re worried about—do they really think Cain is going to sue his own victim in the midst of a Presidential campaign? Or even after it, assuming he wants to remain a public figure?)
