Montreal is a great city. Europe meets Canada. Very friendly people and a beautiful city.

It sure is, though I haven’t been there since the early seventies. I’ve been thinking of surprising the spousal unit for her 60 birthday by taking her to the Challenge Bell International women’s tennis tournament in Quebec City this September, and maybe we could stop by Montreal and see if any of the old haunts still exist, especially the dive bar where grandda Patty first taught me the rudiments of snooker.
