The utterly depressing thing is that I don’t see how the court can avoid ruling for this in the wake of Hobby Lobby.

I’m over 26 now so it wouldn’t matter to me anyway but I was also fortunate in that grad school provided a …semi-reasonable health plan that I could pay for. My sisters, however, are still on my parents’ health insurance - one works mostly seasonal jobs that don’t come with health care, and the other is finishing up college.

My parents wouldn’t do this, I believe, but it’s so easy to see “there but for the grace of God” in this situation.
