I’m pretty convinced that Trump believes all he has to do is just drag things out until the summer, when the virus will magically go away because “the heat” and the public will either praise him for his “leadership” or just numbly go back to their daily lives.

The really irritating part about this is that we know what it’s going to do in the heat- because there’s been multiple cases identified in Texas, Georgia and Florida.

You know, the hot parts of the country.
