I see the sycophants at Reuters have been hard at work licking Obama’s shoes:

Obama offers vision of world without nuclear arms

STRASBOURG, France (Reuters) – U.S. President Barack Obama called for a world without nuclear weapons on Friday after arriving in France for a NATO summit, where he won French endorsement of his new Afghanistan strategy.

Obama, greeted like a hero by the crowds, also reached out to Russia…

All he can offer is a “vision”, actually, because the reality is that nukes will proliferate under his watch by quite a bit.

Nice to see a Frenchman working overtime, though. It must be hard to generate this level of propaganda so continuously.
