Just the other day I got called a bigot for calling the Tea Baggers bigots.

Until I read that I was beginning to get really scared. You see these images and videos of these ridiculous Tea Party gatherings, and the relentless promotion of them on FOX, and you start to worry that they really might get swept into power, kinda like what happens in Europe during times of upheaval when these little splinter/fringe groups manage to slip into a comfortable majority and turn the Government of whatever little backwards @ss country they’re in into some socialist experiment that always ends up going awry.

But I have been reassured, after reading these polls, that these freaks are NOT the majority, and that they are increasingly, with each passing year, becoming smaller and smaller a sub-population of the US; a mob of old, angry, mostly-uneducated, easily frightened white people.

Check out the open thread on Malkin’s site from last night. It reads like a tent revival. I mean, these people are seriously thinking that not only is God is on their side, but that he and his son watch FOX, as well.
