you have good thoughts on the subject, I’m not as riled up about it as I was, i sorta chilled out if you read my later post on it (and my thoughts about how the 2004 LGF commenters would have on average been far more nasty on the subject)

it felt so unbelievably close to blaming the rape victim, that I guess is the core of why I really got mad

defenseless people driven out of their communities, ostrasized by their families, beaten to the point of seizure as people just happily watched and filmed it, then I read that (And Ace is a guy I liked talking vidya games with, so I was doubly pissed) and I just saw red.

All this over the basic human need to take a dump, even THAT is made into some giant political thing

So frustrating I can’t even articulate it, ya know?
