See, I don’t know that we can. I think the only thing that will set it back decades is to essentially invade occupy the country. I think the knowledge and the sites are decentralized to the point where we can’t just disrupt them.

I don’t think there is anything short of full on invasion or nuclear devastation that will prevent them from getting the bomb.

well maybe not so much, you also have to figure in an unstable government…
