If you looked into it just a little more, you would find that one the bill was to prevent such future cases from arising and you would have also found that there were many other women victims of Haliburton waiting for their day in court. You would also, if you were capable of basic logic be capable of figuring out that the legal case is something separate from legislative action to prevent such future cases.
