What he, and many of the commenters above write / say is actually true. It is the beginning of the end of the “privileged” status of his / their, culture, religion, ideas etc etc that was due just to, ironically, history and demographics.

Their wailing / caterwauling at the inevitable facts rather than understanding and adapting to them remind me of a similar reaction that they, and those like them, have to science, especially Biology and evolution. When the facts contradict their beliefs they don’t react by changing their beliefs they attack the facts, the ones that find the facts and those who accept them.

For example, in this case, wouldn’t it be nice if they accepted the facts and decided to adapt to realities. If they did, they could join efforts to educate these guys, evangelize some of them and generally bring them into the “fold”.

That is why these guys are metaphorically like Dinosaurs heading for extinction because they cannot adapt. And, the only thing for the rest of us to do is to not let them injure us, to much, in their death throws.
